About the Role
We are looking for someone curious, organized, and eager to learn to join our Performance Marketing team.



You'll get hands-on exposure from day one - setting up and managing campaigns across Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok, monitoring performance, pulling together reports, and optimizing toward revenue goals. Over time, you'll play a real part in growing a global, multi-million dollar advertising business.
This role is a great fit if you're just starting out in digital advertising - whether you're a fresh graduate or have up to 3 years of experience. What matters more than your resume is that you're detail-oriented, keen to learn fast, and excited about working with data to drive performance.
Work Mode and Location: In-office at Andheri, Mumbai
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok following internal guidelines
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations including budgets, bids, and targeting adjustments
• Ensure campaigns go live on time
