What we're looking for in you
● 8-10 years of experience in designing agile brands.
● 4-5 years of broad creative leadership experience, including managing teams and complex design projects.
● An excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design.
● A strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
● A strategic thinker, who not just understands branding but loves it. 'Attention to detail' should be your true love.
● A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic design, communication design, fine arts, or a related field.
● Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
● An effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
● Respect and value for the clock. Organisation skills and meeting deadlines should be important to you.
● One who doesn't shy away from challenges, learning new skills, or adapting to evolving industry trends.
● One who prioritises team morale and stakeholder satisfaction, builds a positive,

Responsibilities | What we expect you to do
● Lead design and image editing team – Evaluate, manage, develop and mentor in-house and freelance creative resources under your leadership. Manage daily workflow of the projects, the timelines and resources, to create optimum efficiency.
● Develop and oversee the visual direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Livspace's brand guidelines and messaging.
● Elevate and maintain Livspace's visual identity across all digital and offline platforms.
● Guide, mentor and motivate team members. Help them push the envelope to create impactful (buzzworthy or strongly influencing brand growth) ideas.
● Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
