Job Description Key Responsibilities
β Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.
β Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.
β Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
β Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
β Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
β Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.
β Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.
Required Expertise & Qualifications
β Minimum 1β3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
β 1β8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
β Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
β Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
β Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
β Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
β Positive verbal and written communication skills.
β Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
