This is an individual contributor role within the Learning Experience Department, focused on the design and development of world-class, experiential, instructor-led learning content for mid to senior level leaders. The incumbent will work closely with clients and the sales team to understand learning needs, translate those needs into powerful learning designs, develop the content, and enable our trainers and facilitators to deliver it with excellence. The role combines deep instructional design and content development expertise with client needs discovery, trainer development (including train-the-trainer and onboarding of current facilitators), light-touch pre-sales solutioning and ownership of our learning technology and platforms.
