Job Summary





We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our Mangalore branch.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with a Travel Management Company (TMC), corporate travel agency, or a reputed travel organisation. The candidate must be capable of independently handling corporate travel requirements, airline reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, visas, amendments, cancellations, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international corporate travel enquiries.
- Search, compare, and recommend the most suitable airfares and travel options.
- Make airline reservations and issue tickets through GDS platforms.
- Process ticket reissuance, date changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Arrange worldwide hotel bookings, airport transfers, and rent-a-car services.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Handle individual, corporate, VIP, and group travel arrangement
