Position OverviewWe are looking for a Billing Engineer cum Work Order with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry . The candidate should have strong knowledge of contractor billing, work order preparation, quantity verification, BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, and billing documentation .
The candidate will be responsible for independently managing billing activities as well as preparing, processing, and maintaining work orders for contractors and vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork Order Management
- Prepare Work Orders (WO) for contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Draft work orders based on approved quotations, BOQs, negotiated rates, scope of work, and management approvals.
- Ensure work orders clearly mention scope of work, quantities, rates, specifications,
