Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)/Business Development Executive(BDE) with 5-6 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using online bidding portals, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Solid communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Linkedin and similar platforms.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Cold Calling.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations,



and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Interact with potential clients to understand project requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
5-6 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital solutions.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
