About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Interiors) – B2C to lead residential interior sales operations and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving business targets, improving sales conversions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge,
and the ability to handle both individual sales performance and team productivity.
Candidates should possess proven experience in the residential interiors or modular furniture industry and have a successful track record of achieving sales targets while managing customer relationships and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Monitor team performance, sales activities, and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and customer service standards.
