Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Noida, focusing on generating and converting leads for Jivu Infosolutions’ ERP and CRM products. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting product demos,



managing the sales pipeline, and following up with leads to drive closures. The role involves coordinating with schools, institutes, and businesses to understand their requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting onboarding where needed. The Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, create basic sales collateral, and participate in events or webinars that promote the company’s offerings. Regular tasks also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and post-sale relationship management.
