Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging enterprise decision-makers, generating qualified meetings, and building a strong sales pipeline for ETI's technology consulting services.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a consultative approach,



and a passion for technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify target accounts across multiple industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
Identify and engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Leaders, IT Directors, and business decision-makers.
Business Development
Schedule qualified discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Understand customer business challenges and identify technology opportunities.
Position ETI's AI, Cloud, Data, ERP, Digital Engineering, QA, and Software Development services.
Qualify opportunities and maintain continuous engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Market Research
Research industry trends, technology adoption, and competitor activities.
