Are you a Financial Crime Compliance leader with expertise in AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Fraud Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance? Join HCLTech BFS and lead high-impact teams supporting leading UK, Ireland, and global banking clients.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage end-to-end AML/KYC operations
Drive Financial Crime risk mitigation and compliance programs
Manage large operational teams and develop future leaders
Partner with Compliance, Business, and Senior Stakeholders
Drive process excellence, automation, and operational transformation
Oversee quality, governance, MIS reporting, and performance management
Act as a SME for Financial Crime Compliance initiatives
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of Financial Crime Operations experience




Robust expertise in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions & Transaction Monitoring
Experience managing large teams and client-facing engagements
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CGSS, Lean Six Sigma are preferred
