DIGI-MAA Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive to support our growing team with recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations and day-to-day people management.
We are a digital marketing agency working across web development, design, SEO, content, performance marketing, ecommerce and other digital services. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other hiring channels
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
Support employee engagement and internal communication
Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination




Prepare and maintain HR letters, records and documentation
Support management with hiring requirements and workforce planning
Coordinate exit formalities and employee documentation
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or HR Operations
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong recruitment and candidate coordination skills
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle employee information professionally and confidentially
A proactive and problem-solving approach
Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, creative agency or service-based organization will be an advantage.
