About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, organized, and dependable individual who can support the CEO with the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks, discussions, and initiatives.
As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will work closely with the CEO and get exposure to different aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, creative work, research, communication, and ongoing projects.
The role involves supporting the CEO with day-to-day requirements, follow-ups, coordination, research, documentation, and execution of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be someone who can understand instructions quickly, keep track of things, communicate clearly, and ensure that tasks are followed through properly.
This role is well suited for someone who wants to learn how a growing business operates while being involved in a variety of tasks and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks, requirements, and ongoing initiatives.
Work closely with the CEO across his multiple companies and ventures,



providing the required coordination and support to ensure ongoing activities are carried out smoothly.
Take care of tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Help manage schedules, meetings, reminders, follow-ups, and significant action items.
Coordinate with team members and relevant stakeholders whenever required.
Follow up on tasks and requirements to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and organize documents, files, presentations, information, and other important resources.
Assist with research, competitor analysis, and gathering information whenever required.
Support marketing, creative, branding, and business-related activities as assigned.
Help prepare presentations, reports, notes, trackers, and other materials.
Keep the CEO updated on the status of ongoing tasks and pending requirements.
Assist with project-related activities and ensure assigned work is properly followed through.
