Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals,



and digital channels.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to effectively communicate business value.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, project delivery, and customer support.
