Description: The Program Manager will play a central role in the developing Program strategy for Ashraya Hastha Trust, lead end to end grant management within the assigned Program and be responsible for networking and partnerships for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Grant Management
- Lead the end-to-end grant cycle, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and project design.
- Ensure proposed programmes are contextually grounded, financially viable, and capable of achieving scalable impact.
- Oversee grant processing, fund disbursement, and compliance requirements.
- Support and handhold recent partners through the grant application and onboarding process.
- Monitor and review grant-level progress against agreed indicators on a regular basis.
