We conduct packaged / fixed departure group tours across India and abroad and have been featured in different news media and channels including Economic Times, Times Of India, Deccan Herald, The Hindu.
We are looking for passionate, effective and confident Travel Consultant /Customer Service Executive who would be part of our core team based out of office at HST Layout, 27th Main, 1st Sector, Bangalore
Fresher and experienced from both from tourism and customer service background with very good English communication skills can apply for this role.
Responsibilities
- Explain Tour international and domestic tour packages to clients by phone and via email.
- Convert leads/enquiries to booking, do required follow up
- Complete booking process in CRM, collect
