Key Responsibilities To be confirmed by client
• Lead sales and business development activities for residential interior projects.
• Develop recent business through direct sales, networking, referrals and channel relationships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and consultation to negotiation and closure.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation and execution teams.
• Build relationships with homeowners, HNI clients, architects, designers and channel partners.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, follow-ups and conversion performance.
• Guide junior sales team members and support achievement of team targets where required.
• Handle negotiations, objections and customer concerns.
• Track market trends and competitor activity in residential interiors.
• Maintain CRM, sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience with strong residential interiors exposure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential interior projects.
• Strong understanding of residential interior solutions and customer buying cycles.
• Excellent client-facing, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and converting leads into confirmed business.
• Ability to work closely with design, estimation, execution and operations teams.
• Leadership capability to guide junior sales professionals.
