We're looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond posting content—someone who knows how to grow brands, create engaging content and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for client brands.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate content publishing.
- Design high-quality creatives and presentations using Canva.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results.
- Track trends, competitor activities and emerging social media features.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers,



videographers and clients to ensure timely execution.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 -2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for brands.
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives and presentations.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and productivity.
