Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant – Field Service with 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete functional lifecycle, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design, client demonstrations, implementation support, UAT, training, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 CE functional solutions.
Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Provide strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Work with D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.




Conduct D365 CE/CRM product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Lead client-facing discussions and manage business stakeholders effectively.
Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, effort estimation, and solution presentations.
Assist with data migration, data mapping, and data validation activities.
Coordinate and support solution testing, SIT/UAT, and defect resolution.
Prepare and deliver user and administrator training.
Provide guidance on D365 licensing and granule requirements.
Develop vertical-specific D365 solutions and contribute to Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Present proposed solutions to senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and act as a D365 CE functional SME.
Support implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience as a D365 CE / Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
