About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Trainee with a Mechanical Engineering background who is eager to learn and grow in a quick-paced product design environment.
This role is well-suited for individuals who want to gain a clear understanding of how product design projects are carried out from initial concept through to manufacturing,
while assisting project managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers in planning and tracking product design projects
- Support in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task trackers
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Electronics teams, and Prototyping units
- Help ensure smooth communication between teams
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and reports
- Track project progress and update status dashboards
Technical Understanding
- Gain exposure to product development processes, CAD workflows, and prototyping stages
- Assist in basic technical coordination related to mechanical components and assemblies
