About the Role
Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth is looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the university’s digital presence, brand visibility, student engagement, and admissions-focused marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and analytics, preferably within the education or higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with university branding and admission objectives.
Plan campaigns for UG, PG, Ph.D. and other academic programmes.
Develop student-focused digital campaigns for different schools and departments.




Identify recent digital channels and opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Experience in working on CRM like Leadsquared, Merito, Salesforce, etc. and additional integrations.
2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
Develop campaigns focused on student admissions and enquiry generation.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team for effective lead follow-up and conversion.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
3. SEO & Website Marketing
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve university website visibility.
Conduct keyword research related to courses, colleges, universities and admissions.
Optimize landing pages, blogs, course pages and other
