Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Daskroi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the startup and MSME segment. The role involves meeting with entrepreneurs and business owners, understanding their requirements, and presenting TCS consulting solutions and government scheme support in a clear and compelling manner. The individual will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation and approvals. Daily activities include market research, outreach via calls and meetings, follow-ups on proposals, maintaining CRM records, and preparing regular reports on business development performance.

Ability to drive New Business Development and identify growth opportunities in consulting and financial assistance services.
Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and follow-up across multiple channels.
