IIRIS is hiring a Junior Research Analyst to support real-time risk monitoring and incident response at our client’s Command Center in Bangalore. This role is crucial for maintaining operational awareness, ensuring timely communication during emergencies, and delivering accurate, actionable intelligence that supports business continuity.
As a Junior Research Analyst, you will serve as a first point of contact for incident reporting, information gathering, and emergency communication. The position demands a keen eye for detail, robust situational awareness, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an up-to-date directory of all site contacts and ensure seamless coordination with site and regional teams.
Liaise with employees, visitors, emergency services, public officials, and other stakeholders.
Identify and escalate threats such as protests, natural disasters,
accidents, or security incidents.
Respond to alarms, emergency calls, and reported incidents by notifying the right personnel and initiating predefined emergency procedures.
Coordinate with internal Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and external emergency services during crisis events.
Record detailed logs of all shift activities and incidents in the Security Operations Database.
