About the Role :-
Softcell Technologies is one of India's leading Apple Authorised Enterprise Partners, helping enterprises adopt Apple at scale through consulting, deployment, lifecycle management and endpoint management solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – South to drive the Apple Enterprise Business across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. The role requires a strong enterprise sales leader who can build strategic customer relationships, coach high-performing teams and accelerate Apple adoption across large enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Bangalore or Chennai Preferred)

Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities:-
Own the Apple Enterprise business for the South region.
Lead and mentor Account Managers across Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Drive revenue, gross margin and market share growth for Apple and related solutions.
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Procurement and Business Leaders.




Develop recent enterprise accounts while expanding existing strategic customers.
Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting through CRM.
Work closely with Apple, distributors and internal pre-sales teams on strategic opportunities.
Drive Apple-led programs including:
Mac adoption
Apple at Work
Smart Employee Purchase Program (Smart EPP)
AppleCare
Jamf Endpoint Management
Ensure regular customer engagement, executive connects and account planning.
Deliver quarterly business reviews and regional sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
10–15 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
Proven experience selling IT Infrastructure, End User Computing, Enterprise Hardware or Software solutions.
Experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
Strong leadership experience with team handling responsibilities.
Exposure to Apple Enterprise Business, Jamf or Modern Workplace solutions will be a significant advantage.
