Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO (AEO & GEO) Specialist to strengthen our organic presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. You will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing content for search engines, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to maximize organic visibility.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to improve rich results, featured snippets, and AI-generated responses.
Create and optimize content for voice search, conversational queries, and AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.




Identify opportunities for content growth through topic clusters, entity-based SEO, and E-E-A-T best practices.
Collaborate with content writers, developers, and the marketing team to execute optimization strategies.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and stay updated with the latest SEO and AI search trends.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO or Organic Growth Marketing.
Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl optimization, and website architecture.
Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
