Role Description The Production Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and maintaining alignment with customer delivery timelines. Daily tasks include analyzing demand and capacity, preparing production plans,



monitoring work orders, and coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to prevent bottlenecks. The engineer will track key production metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and support cost reduction initiatives. The role also involves clear documentation, reporting to management, and contributing to continuous improvement in production workflows for FRP/GRP products.
