Masturlal Fabrichem Pvt. Ltd. is looking to rapidly expand its sales team and is looking for energetic, organised, and growth-oriented professionals to join us as Business Development & Sales Operations Executives.
Founded in 1971, Masturlal Fabrichem is an established Indian manufacturer and exporter of industrial filtration products, including filter bags, filter media, liquid filtration products, and related solutions for industries such as cement, power, steel, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, carbon black, aluminium, and other process industries.
This role combines business development, sales coordination, customer follow-up, proposal preparation, and market research. It is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in industrial and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers across assigned industries and geographical markets.
Follow up with existing, inactive, and prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.




Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare suitable proposals.
Prepare quotations, commercial offers, technical submissions, and supporting sales documentation.
Follow up regularly on inquiries, quotations, samples, trials, and pending purchase decisions.
Maintain accurate customer, inquiry, and prospect records in the CRM.
Research new industries, companies, plants, OEMs, distributors, and international markets.
Support senior sales managers with key accounts, tenders, exhibitions, customer visits, and business-development campaigns.
Coordinate internally with production, quality, technical, logistics, and accounts teams.
Assist in reactivating customers with whom the company has worked during its 50+ years of operations.
Develop strong knowledge of industrial filtration products and their applications.
