Role Description The After Sales Service Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for supporting learners and clients after they have enrolled in Jeta Futures programs. This role includes handling post-enrollment inquiries, resolving service issues,



and ensuring that learners can effectively access classes, communities, and learning resources. The specialist will coordinate with trainers and support teams to clarify course details, schedules, and technical access, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks involve responding to phone, email, and in-person queries, managing feedback and escalations, and proactively checking in with learners to improve satisfaction and retention. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, documenting common issues, and helping refine after-sales service standards in line with Jeta Futures’ learner-focused mission.
