Role Overview
CB Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Head to lead the clinical and day-to-day operations of our Safdarjung Enclave centre.
The Clinical Head will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, supervising and mentoring the clinical team, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and documentation standards, and driving improvements in patient outcomes, service quality, and overall clinic performance.
This role is ideal for an experienced physiotherapist who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership, operational management, and a patient-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the centre.
Ensure high-quality patient assessments, treatment planning and follow-up care.




Maintain consistent delivery of evidence-based and protocol-driven physiotherapy services.
Supervise, guide and mentor physiotherapists and clinical support staff.
Conduct regular case discussions, clinical reviews and audits.
Ensure accurate, timely and complete clinical documentation.
Monitor treatment outcomes, patient adherence and overall quality of care.
Review patient feedback and implement measures to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with CB Physiotherapy SOPs, clinical protocols, ethical standards and safety guidelines.
Monitor clinic performance and work with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
Support patient engagement, retention and service-quality initiatives.
Provide clinical inputs for relevant marketing, educational, and patient-awareness initiatives.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and clinical excellence within the team.
