Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Test Engineer - Automation with a robust focus on Salesforce QA using AccelQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through rigorous testing methodologies. This role requires a deep understanding of both functional and automated testing processes, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Utilize AccelQ for automation testing to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product owners,
and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans and test case repositories.
Provide training and support to junior testers and team members on testing best practices and tools.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Salesforce QA processes and methodologies.
Strong experience with AccelQ for test automation.
Solid understanding of functional testing principles and practices.
Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
