The Role
This is not a desk-bound sales role.
The Sales Executive (Field Sales) at Ooms India is a business-critical position responsible for driving business growth across new and existing markets, one relationship at a time. You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, and government agencies to turn conversations into orders and orders into long-term partnerships. If your idea of sales is sitting behind a screen chasing leads, this role will stretch you. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting people, and closing deals face-to-face, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
Market Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements





Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, government agencies, and distributors
Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits

Sales Execution
Promote Ooms' range of modified bitumen and allied products to customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate order execution
Achieve assigned sales objectives and maintain accurate sales reports

Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Brand Representation
Represent Ooms at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
