Role Description The Reservation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for handling individual and group reservation requests across phone, email, and online channels. The role includes providing accurate information on room types, rates, promotions, and availability, and proactively converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Daily tasks involve updating reservation systems, maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with front office and sales teams, and ensuring special requests are recorded and followed through.



The Reservation Executive is expected to respond promptly to guest queries, resolve issues related to bookings, and contribute to overall guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and internal teams.
Experience in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage bookings and follow up to ensure positive guest experiences.
Sales skills with a focus on upselling rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue while meeting guest needs.
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality reservations is preferred; familiarity with reservation or PMS software is an advantage.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
