Strong experience in ASAP installation, upgrade & configuration
Experience with WebLogic, DB RAC & patching
Hands-on experience with OCA, OCA Client Templates & order testing
ASAP cartridge design, development, testing & deployment
Robust troubleshooting and failed-order analysis
Working knowledge of Oracle Design Studio
Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux & Shell Scripting
Strong skills in Java, SQL, XML & Web Services
Experience in Telecom Provisioning Operations




Ability to handle customer interactions and work in shifts
BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications
