Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects within multinational or global matrix organizations.
The candidate should have solid experience managing enterprise-wide O365/Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migrations, along with knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and Identity & Access Management.
Mandatory Experience
10+ years of Project Management experience.
Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
Successfully delivered at least 2 large infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in O365/Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migration/consolidation.
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID / Active Directory.
Understanding of IAM, directory synchronization and identity consolidation.
Knowledge of SSO and authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
Experience working in multinational/global matrix organizations.
Strong Change Management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects.
Manage enterprise-wide email and collaboration platform migrations.
Coordinate O365/Google Workspace consolidation programs.
Manage identity and access management activities.
Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and global teams.
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and escalations.
Drive change adoption across business units and locations.
Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations.
Provide project updates to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
