We're hiring a Senior Portfolio Manager — Systematic Derivatives at Northstar Quant.

Northstar is a fully systematic, delta-neutral manager focused on India's listed futures and options markets. We're looking for someone to own and lead a trading pod - its strategies, capital, team, risk and P&L.;

This is a hands-on, senior investing role for someone with ~10 years in live Indian systematic trading who's ready to build and lead. You'll run a live portfolio, set the research agenda, and develop a team of quant traders and researchers inside a disciplined firm-wide risk framework.

What we're looking for:
A real track record owning portfolio outcomes across market regimes, including stress
Deep knowledge of Indian market structure - expiry, margining,



liquidity, execution (NSE · BSE · MCX)
Solid options, portfolio construction and risk skills, plus the judgement to tell durable edge from an overfit backtest
Leadership experience developing quant talent
