Role Description The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations,



and monthly/annual closing activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The Senior Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to management for decision-making. The role also includes coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, improving financial processes and controls, and mentoring junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
