Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Support Engineer to join our production support team. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of AWS, SQL, and Shell Scripting and a strong willingness to learn cloud operations, troubleshooting, automation, and application support.
The role involves monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, supporting business-critical applications, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level-1/Level-2 support for enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.
Monitor applications, databases, and AWS infrastructure for performance and availability.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and operational issues.




Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of system failures.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain Shell Scripts for routine operational and monitoring activities.
Support AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and RDS.
Execute daily operational checks and ensure adherence to support procedures.
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Participate in incident management, release support, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
