Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our curriculum products and services to schools, distributors, and educational institutions within your designated territory. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and research to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our curriculum solutions to key stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition and advantages for educators and students.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each school or distributor and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
4. Relationship Building:Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with school administrators, curriculum coordinators, teachers,
and other decision-makers to foster trust and loyalty.
5. Negotiation and Closing:Collaborate with prospects to understand budgetary constraints and overcome objections, leading to successful contract negotiations and closures.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
7. Training and Support:Provide ongoing training and support to educators on implementing and utilizing our curriculum resources effectively.
8. Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM software to track progress and measure performance against targets.
9. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional post-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
