Position Overview
The Sales and Service Head will be responsible for leading the crafting and execution of sales strategy and building a scalable nationwide after-sales service ecosystem for Creatara’s electric two-wheelers. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence to drive adoption of Creatara vehicles across markets and ensure world-class service and customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
You will be empowered to build and lead a high-performing team, develop service protocols and infrastructure, and establish best-in-class processes for sales, dealer partnerships, service delivery, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
- Build and manage a strong national sales team (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Executives).
- Expand and optimize dealer and distribution channels in key markets.
- Drive B2C and B2B sales initiatives for urban commuters,



fleet partners, delivery services, and institutional clients.
- Track performance metrics, forecast sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Service & After-Sales Ecosystem
- Create the blueprint for the after-sales service network ahead of market rollout.
- Implement service infrastructure, including authorized service centres and mobile service units.
- Establish service standards, quality protocols, and SLAs to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution.
- Define spare parts management systems and inventory norms.
- Deploy digital service booking and CRM platforms to streamline customer interactions.

3. Customer Support & Experience
- Lead the development of customer care systems to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Design customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Monitor service quality through metrics like NPS and CSAT.
