Location: Bangalore 24*7, 6 days working

Attend all the calls landing at the Command Center and timely respond with appropriate response.
Interaction with a variety of persons including Employees, Visitors, Public Officials, Emergency Services, Customers, etc.
Monitor News, Internet, phone lines, alerts, WhatsApp, emails to identify incidents of risk to business in order to promptly respond, compile, and report all information in regard to security incidents and emergencies.
Report all location-specific incidents to the appropriate responders, Security Team, and Management.
Notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal emergency response (ERT) as necessary.
Document detailed records of activities as they occur during the shift.
Initiate all emergency notification calls and possess extensive knowledge of emergency response procedures at multiple sites.
Prepare all required written reports, including but not limited to: Security Operations Database, Incident Reports, and all other required logs.




Carry out risk assessment of region/city and create location/city-specific advisories for business locations and business travel destinations.
Send timely notifications to employees and advisories for travelers as and when required using the available tools and services.
Create and send Incident Updates, Alerts, and Advisories for Stakeholders & Crisis teams.
Monitor alarms, CCTV footage, and other monitoring systems to promptly respond, compile, and report any information in regard to theft, alarms, accidents, hazardous material leaks, fires, and other incidents that may occur.
Send timely notifications to employees and advisories for travelers as and when required using the available tools and services.
Create and send Incident Updates, Alerts, and Advisories for Stakeholders & Crisis teams.
Monitor alarms, CCTV footage, and other monitoring systems to promptly respond, compile, and report all information in regard to theft, alarms, accidents, hazardo
