Role Overview
The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into qualified sales appointments for INJ Partners' market research services. This is a quota-driven, outbound-focused role requiring a mix of email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling outreach to attract recent clients in the market research industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified appointments for the sales team through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
• Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers within the market research buyer landscape (Insights, Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, CX teams, etc.)
• Design and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns combining email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings
• Use data extraction and GTM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build and maintain accurate prospect lists
• Qualify leads based on defined ICP criteria before handing off to the sales team




• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign performance
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting/meeting-booked targets
• Stay current on market research industry trends to inform outreach messaging and positioning
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development, specifically within the Market Research industry
• Proven hands-on experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling (cold calling experience is mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with data extraction tools and GTM/sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
• Strong existing knowledge of market research methodologies (CATI, CAWI, qualitative research)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
