About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6–8 years of experience in hiring for Technology and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, preferably within a rapid-paced SaaS / B2B technology environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic hiring partner who can work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality talent across technical and commercial functions.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, and Technology roles as well as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and other GTM positions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology and GTM positions, from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.




Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both niche technology roles and critical GTM positions.
Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
Conduct effective candidate screening and assessment to ensure strong technical, functional, cultural, and organizational fit.
Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining a solid focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Own offer negotiations and manage candidates through the closing process.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
