Job Description: Requires basic accounting knowledge along with sales coordination skills, including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting day-to-day billing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist with bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Assist with GST/TDS-related documentation and routine compliance work.
Support the accounts team during audits, month-end closing, and reporting activities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.




Administration
Handle routine office administration and documentation.
Maintain physical and digital records and files.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal team members as required.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, printing, scanning, and other office tasks.
Support the management/accounts team with day-to-day operational requirements.
Requirements
0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/accounts administration.
Fluent in either English or Hindi; ability to communicate in both is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar software.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines.
