Applicant would be acting as designated Company Secretary of the Company. He/ She should have expertise in corporate laws, securities laws & capital market and corporate governance. He/ She shall act be responsible for different legal/ regulatory compliances of company and advice on best practices in corporate governance.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead and execute new business initiatives in the Lead gen business - Loans and Credit Cards.
This role will own the end-to-end journey from opportunity identification of new lenders to market launch, scaling, and optimization.
The person will work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver innovative financial products and drive sustainable growth.
