About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Generalist to support our People team across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while partnering with business teams to deliver a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to exits.
Support employee engagement initiatives and Rewards & Recognition programs.
Coordinate performance management processes and HR communications.
Ensure timely documentation, BGV checks, HR operations, and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
Assist in policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Admin for smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards as required.
Manage and coordinate HR-related payments,



including vendor/consultant invoices and employee reimbursements, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and budget tracking.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong ownership mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred
Experience in a startup, retail, or D2C organization will be an added advantage.
Exposure to HRMS tools is preferred.
