Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage learners, provide feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Experience teaching or mentoring students or early-career professionals in technical or professional skills is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with curriculum design, learning assessment methods, and use of digital tools or LMS platforms in training is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Jalandhar, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt training approaches for diverse learner backgrounds.
