As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Principal Hardware Design Engineer / Hardware Architect to lead our hardware engineering division and drive the architecture and development of our next generation of instrumentation products.

Role Overview
The Principal Hardware Design Engineer / Hardware Architect will be responsible for hardware architecture, design, development and productization of complex electronic instrumentation platforms.

This is a key technical leadership role with ownership from concept and system architecture through prototype,



validation, certification and production.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in high-speed digital, FPGA-based systems, mixed-signal electronics, embedded hardware and PCB design, along with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing hardware engineering team.

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Architecture & Product Development
Define hardware architecture for next-generation Test & Measurement and instrumentation products.
Translate product requirements into scalable and reusable hardware architectures.
Lead complete hardware product development from concept to production.
Define platform-level architecture for FPGA, processor, high-speed interfaces, clocks, power and analog/RF subsystems.
Drive design decisions considering performance, cost, reliability, manufacturability and scalability.
