Role Description The Assistant role at Tamira Global Cuisines is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, supporting day-to-day kitchen and operational activities. The Assistant will help with preparation and organization of ingredients, assist chefs and kitchen staff during service,



and support packaging and dispatch of orders in line with cloud kitchen processes. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in work areas, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role may also involve basic documentation or record-keeping, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with supervisors to address any operational issues.
