Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients across target industries, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.



The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align offerings with client needs, negotiates commercial terms, and prepares regular reports and forecasts for leadership. The role also involves representing Tridiagonal Solutions at industry events, promoting services in key markets, and contributing to strategic business growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree (B.Tech / M.Tech) or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
6–10 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Key Account Management, or Consulting Services Sales.
Proven experience in selling engineering consulting, testing services, process development solutions, industrial R&D; services, or technical services.
Strong exposure to the Indian industrial market is mandatory.
Experience working with customers in Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Energy
