Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. This role involves overseeing an inside sales team responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, and driving revenue growth for Watch Your Health’s HealthTech solutions.



The Team Lead will guide daily sales activities, allocate targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Responsibilities include coaching and supporting team members, refining sales scripts and processes, collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize lead pipelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
